TERMS & CONDITIONS

Here are some simple terms and conditions to take note of when shopping on our blog :

1. All transactions are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM);

2. All produscts are ready stock unless stated otherwise;

3. Kindly note that the colours of products may differ from photos shown on the site due to factors such as screen resolution, lighting etc;

4. Upon placing an order, full payment should be made within 24 hours;

5. Products sold are not returnable nor exchangeable for another product, or for any other reasons;

6. Once an order is placed and payment is made, no cancellation of order is accepted and no refunds will be given;

7. We will deliver your order within three (3) working days; (not applicable for international delivery)

8. Shipping charges are to be paid by shoppers. We will advise the charges once you confirm your order.

* International delivery - as per rate charged by Pos Malaysia/courier services or contact us for details.

STEP 2 - We will reply through email to confirm your order

STEP 3 - Deposit/bank in payment within 24 hours (Maybank/CIMB/Bank Islam). Email us to inform your payment details i.e date, time, reference no. & amount

STRICTLY NO BOOKING WITHOUT DEPOSIT. PAYMENT SHOULD BE MADE IMMEDIATELY UPON PLACING AN ORDER. WE WILL KEEP YOUR ORDER WITHIN 24 HOURS AFTER WE CONFIRM YOUR ORDER. AFTER THAT IF WE DON'T RECEIVE ANY PAYMENT FROM YOU, WE HAVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER WITHOUT ANY FURTHER NOTICE !
